Skid Monster Team Racing App

Register and log in:

To get started using the app Skid Monster Team Racing Coaches must register by using the Register link. If you are already registered you can log in with your username and password.

Forgot password:

To change your password tap the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted enter your email address and provide a new password. Tap Update Password.

Change password:

You can change your password in app in the Profile page. Tap Change Password. You will be prompted to provide your current password and a new password. Tap Update.

Group Code:

Add Groups:

Enter a group code and tap the Add Group button.

Change groups:

To edit your group code or name go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the edit.

Search for Teams:

Tap on the Search for Teams field and enter a name. Tap the search icon.

Add New Team:

Tap the Enter Name field. Input the new team name. Use the Create button to complete.

Search for Trainees:

Tap on the Search for Trainees field and enter a name. Tap the search icon.

Add New Trainee:

To add a new trainee select Add New tab at the bottom of your screen. Input the trainees information. All fields are required. Use the Create button when complete.

Search for Races:

Tap the Search for Races field. Enter a Team name to search for a saved race.

Start New Race:

Tap the Start Phase button. Instructions for the Four Phases to Skid Monster Team Races will open and require you to Close before proceeding. The question mark help button in the lower left corner opens the instructions page again.

Add Skid Monster Coach and Members Names:

The School or Organization and Date fields will be automatically filled by the app using the information from the group code and current date.

Add the Skid Monster Coach by tapping the blank line and using your keyboard to type a name.

Add the Member’s Names to Team One and Team Two by tapping either blank line for each team. Adding a team to Team One or Team Two will automatically fill both Member’s Names for that team.

When all fields are filled you are ready to select a phase and begin races.

Scoring

Phase 1-4 Races:

When all participants are in place begin the race by tapping on the empty A box next for the 1st run. Team Member A is ready to start the course.

Evaluating the Race:

Start the course by following steps 1-20. If a driver makes an incorrect action tap the box next to the direction to record the error. When the course is complete tap the save icon in the left menu.

Follow the directions for each driver. When Team Member B is ready to start the race tap the empty B box for the 1st run. Repeat these steps for Team Members C and D.

Repeat the process for all 4 phases.

QUICK START GUIDE:

1. Open the app.

2. Click New here ? Register.

3. Create a Teacher account. Type in name, email, and password and click Register.

4. Select the Group Code field.

5. Enter Group Code: XXXXXX. Select Add Group.

6. Using the left menu select Trainee Tab. Select Add New. Type in Name, email and password. Select Create. Create 4 Trainees in 2 groups.

7. Using the left menu select the Start Races Tab. Select Start Phase.

8. Using the left menu select the Group Tab. Select Add New.

9.. Fill out the coaches name.

10.Select field A to add a group to Team One. Select field C to add a group to Team 2.

11. Now you can choose a Phase 1 – 4.

12. To begin Timed Scored 1st Run select the A field to open the race instructions.
