Privacy Policy

Updated: August 12, 2026

Professor Mottola’s Driving MIND respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all Professor Mottola’s Driving MIND mobile applications.

Information We Collect

We collect only the limited information needed to operate the apps:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Ratings and progress information entered while using the driving-training activities

The apps may present a driving maneuver or safe-driving habit and ask a driver, student, instructor, mentor, or family member to rate the driver’s performance. Ratings may use a scale of 1–4 and are used only to help develop safe driving habits.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to:

• Provide access to the apps
• Record driving-practice ratings and progress
• Help drivers develop safe driving habits
• Allow authorized students, instructors, mentors, and family members to participate in the training process
• Provide support and maintain the operation and security of the apps

How Information Is Shared

Driving-practice ratings and progress may be shared only with the authorized student, driver, instructor, mentor, or family members participating in the training.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties. The apps contain no advertising and do not track users across other apps or websites.

Information We Do Not Collect

The apps do not collect or share:

• Driving routes or travel history
• Precise location information
• Photos, videos, or contact lists
• Financial or payment information
• Information for advertising or marketing

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Information is retained only for as long as it is needed to provide the apps, maintain training progress, or meet legal requirements.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information and Driving MIND account. When an account is deleted, the associated personal information and training records will also be deleted unless retention is required by law.

Children’s Privacy

The apps are intended for driving education and may be used by student drivers with the participation of a parent, guardian, instructor, mentor, or family member. Professor Mottola’s Driving MIND does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the apps or their privacy practices change. Any updated policy will be posted on the Professor Mottola’s Driving MIND website with a new effective date.
